Stress is a natural part of life. Every person experiences stress at some point, whether due to studies, work, relationships, or personal problems. A small amount of stress can be helpful because it motivates us to work harder and stay focused. However, too much stress can affect both our mental and physical health.

Students often feel stressed because of exams, deadlines, and career pressure. Working professionals may face stress due to workload and responsibilities. If stress is not managed properly, it can lead to headaches, anxiety, sleep problems, and poor concentration.

There are many simple ways to reduce stress. Regular exercise, meditation, proper sleep, and talking to friends or family can help. Taking breaks and maintaining a positive attitude are also important.
